Class Requirements:
- Leggings or workout pants
- To reduce any scrapes when stretching or doing any floor work
- Sneakers
- Hair pulled back out of face. In bun if long enough.
- Please make sure child brings water / something to drink
- Form fitting top (no baggy t-shirts)
